The Same Quality Systems Without the Name Brand Price Tag

Gutters are an inexpensive, yet critically important, part of protecting your home’s foundation and basement from costly water damage. A new set of gutters and downspouts freshens up a home’s appearance, and ensures rainwater is directed away from your foundation. Available in many colors, gutter replacements can even match and compliment your home’s roof and or siding, creating a polished, finishing touch on your dream home.

Our gutter systems are made from the same raw materials the big brand names use, without the outrageous markups. Whether you’re looking for sturdy and standard aluminum gutters, or just wanting to eliminate the need for cleaning out your gutters several times a year by installing stainless steel, micro-mesh gutter guards, our skilled team is ready to help you design a long-lasting gutter system that won’t break your bank.

Products We Install

K style gutter systems

5" & 6" Seamless K-Style Aluminum Gutters

Custom pressed on site to fit your home's unique dimensions, we install K-style gutters available in a variety of colors. Utilizing industry standard .027" thick aluminum, these gutters are sturdier than cheap, flimsy, and thinner aluminum or plastic gutters you'll find in the big box stores.

Micromesh gutter guards

Micro-Mesh Gutter Guards

Never worry about pulling out the ladder to clean out clogged gutters again. The stainless steel micro-mesh does excellent at keeping both large and small, fine debris out, while still allowing water to flow in.

Nailing the details to achieve a high-end system

Choosing the right size and components for your gutter system makes a difference in the system’s overall performance. Our expertise and involved project management ensures execution of a premium system. Whether it’s determining the 5 or 6″ system is more appropriate, whether a thicker .032 gutter is necessary, figuring out if you need gutter guards, or simply utilizing a roof strap instead of a fascia hanger, we know the details that make a premium gutter system to provide you with peace of mind for years to come.

How are our prices so low?

Many people think of low prices as a sign of low quality. We think of it as a sign we care about you. Our quotes are frequently one of the lowest or the lowest quote. If that feels too good to be true, here’s how we do it.

  • Intentionally small. We are a small, family-owned business passionate about running at maximum efficiency.  We track and use viable leftover materials to minimize job-related expenses. We optimize our operating costs to have what we need to function without all the fluff like flashy trucks or lavish offices. So instead of pricing the same as bigger companies and pocketing the savings, we pass the savings onto you.
  • We treat our people well. People are more important than profit. We don’t have any private equity shareholders to pay, and we as the owners take a more modest salary. We deeply care more about maintaining the ability to price aggressively low because we are more concerned about your ability to afford a new roof and a safe home. As long as we are not compromising the quality of our work or paying our workers less than they deserve, we will keep our prices low.
  • No artificial markups on upgrades, ever. Everyone should have access to high-quality roofing materials. Installing upgraded shingles is the same amount of work for us as installing the cheap stuff. That’s why we’ll never add an artificial mark-up to the materials we use. If you choose to upgrade to a more high-end system, you only pay the actual material and labor costs we get charged. The end result is a high-quality, name brand install at a generic brand price.

When you choose Elevate Exteriors, you don’t have to choose between low prices, quality craftmanship, and excellent communication. You are the most important part of accomplishing our mission as a company, and you deserve to be treated as such.

We own our projects and manage them completely from start to finish, including the day-of install. Because homes come in so many shapes and sizes, it is impossible to tell you how much a gutter replacement will cost without knowing the exact quantity of gutters and downspouts.

For a full gutter removal and installation in Connecticut, we typically charge between $15-20 per foot of gutter and downspout, and between $12-17 per foot of gutter guards installed. This assumes you don’t have a very tall or difficult house, the wood face boards are in good condition, and will replace them with one of the products listed on this page.

The best way to know how much your gutter system will cost is to schedule a free inspection. And feel free to shop around – you’re unlikely to find a trustworthy contractor who can do it for less.

Aluminum gutters tend to last about 25-40 years, provided they are maintained properly. It’s common for the paint to start to fade before the gutter itself starts to give any issues. The end pieces, corner pieces, and downspout openings are all sealed with a silicone sealant that can start to dry rot and crack before the gutter itself is completely bad; in some cases, you can extend the life of your gutters by touching up this sealant.

It is also important to make sure your gutters do not get overly filled with any dirt or debris that can weigh the system down, causing clogs and unnecessary stress to the fasteners. Stress to fasteners can start to pull gutters away from the house, allow water intrusion, and rot the boards they are attached to. Sustained weight to a gutter can cause it to collapse and break, or bend.

Be sure to take your local climate, average rainfall, amount of trees, and roof structure into account when selecting a gutter system that will last the longest.

Possibly! Homeowner’s insurance will pay for damages caused by wind, hail, ice dams, fire, and tree damage. With gutters, home insurance will rarely pay for all of the gutters and downspouts since it’s more common for only part of the system to be damaged instead of all of it. Given that gutters are installed in multiple, independent sections, and are easily matched, it’s more likely insurance will only pay for part of your system instead of all of it.

However, the best way to know if insurance will pay for all new gutters is if each gutter and downspout has some sort of covered damage to it.

Our inspectors have lots of experience and knowledge with home insurance claims. We’ll be able to tell you if you have coverable damage. We’ll even meet with your insurance adjuster to show the damage and explain the necessary repairs.

If it’s small and easily repaired, the cost probably won’t even meet your deductible. In that case, we’re happy to do a quick repair at an affordable rate.
